I am 5'3 female size 10 sometimes 12. I have good measurements 36D 32 40, I want to mak my waist 30, I would like my hips to stay about the same size and would like to tighten my tighs, and lose the fat on my arms and back, also i need advice on how to make my breast tighter and higher. and my booty rounder and higher. need help before summer comes. I see many girls my size and the look very good in a two piece, I wonder how they do it, they really thick, but not jiggly at all.
