How can i mak my make up look flawless?

do u have to put liquid ,pressed powder, then loose powder? Wont that be too much make up? And do they have to be diffrent shades? Will that be bad formy skin? Will i age faster? Please help and thanks ! (u can also put ur foundation routine)
