What's wrong with me/ me brother?

I've never gotten along with my brother. He is 2 and 1/2 years older than me and he treats me like crap. Except he never cussed at me, but everything else. He used to beat me up, but not really anymore. He's in highschool and always says I think I know everything but I don't. He always says im ugly at least 20 times a day ( literally), but everyone else says the opposite. I have lotsa friends but my brother always tries to Mak me feel bad and says they're not reLly my friends. He'll make fun of everything that I do and all my choices, up to my favorite color!!! I'll complain to my mom and dad but my brother has gotten so out of hand that my dad doesn't even care anymore. He'll say just ignore him but I can't!!! sometimes it almos seems as if my dads protecting him!! And my brother always gets into my personal stuff, hacks Into my computer, pushes me around, and I'm tired of it. When I Try to talk to him, I never get to. I've always been afraid of him and to even take one step Ito his room!! I'm tired of him pushing me around!!!!! What should I do???? :'(
