Why does this coach hate me?

My all-stars baseballi made it last year and made it this year and this year I batted about .700 and had a great year pitching but sometimes when my teamates mak mistakes iget angry and he said he isn't going to start me because of my attitude what is this about I just love the game and have alot of emotion about it what's this about?
