I had a a sore throat for 7 days?

So last weekend like the 18th I had dry throat I do take martial arts so I yell a lot. Well since the 18th I had a dry throat and im not sure if I had it after that, But then i got a bad sore throat last Thursday. Now its Wednesday and I still have sore throat it kind of goes away over the day Symptoms are sore throat obviously, headaches, achy muscles, cough, bit of a stuffy nose, idk if dizziness is one but i kinda felt that one Idk if it was because of medicine and also i think something with my eyes I go rum my eyes and they begin to hurt Idk if it because of contacts or thinks it normally doesnt occur when im not sick.
