How much will premium gasoline go up now that Republicans voted to de-fund Libya?

What is so special about Libyan oil? It is low in sulfur. Saudi Arabia can only dream of having the quality of oil Libya has. Also by-the-way Europe gets 20% of their oil from Libya now you know why they are involved more then the US. I feel sorry for the V8 hot rod owners.
